FLARE INSPECTION

During the production of fluorescent lamps so-called flares are a central component. These glass caps serve in the accommodation of the electrical connection wires. If a flare is defective it is only noticed at the end of the production line that the entire lamp is not functional. This constitutes an enormous expense factor, since one single defective flare leads to a waste of time and material. In most productions the flares are nevertheless only examined in a random fashion.

Pauker FLARE INSPECTION offers the optimal solution.

Equipped with a high-quality image processing system, FLARE INSPECTION checks the quality of the glass plates prior to their introduction into the production process. Defective flares are discharged automatically.

Why FLARE INSPECTION is that attractive:

  • Low amortization period
  • 100% control, 100% quality
  • High passing speed of 10,000 pcs/h
  • Takes into account various test criteria: 16 parameters and 15 geometric measures
  • Additionally checks the glass hardness
  • User-friendly and clear user interface
  • Recording of every single measuring process for quality control management
  • Option of remote maintenance, access possibility via LAN
Due to the saving of material and time on the basis of quality control, FLARE INSPECTION becomes profitable already after half a year in the case of large product quantities.
